  2. Hi, I signed up last week for a one-on-one session on the 10th at 1pm. I have not yet received a confirmation email. Is there a problem, or does it just take a while?

    Thanks!

    Dear QCA Staff,

I tried to sign up for one-on-one appointment, but your system says it doesn’t support the IE version I use. I don’t have any newer version of computer, so that cannot download the newer version of IE either. Is there any other way to apply for it? I am wishing to have an appointment on Sep. 17th, from 3:40-4:00 pm. If you can register me with this correspondence, I appreciate it very much.

    Sincerely,

    Eri Misaki,
